And I definitely prefer using oil over butter because it stays more moist with the oil. As soon as it cools down here, I’m making your recipe! ;-)

I’ve never tried it in a cast iron (I’ve never actually cooked ANYTHING in a cast iron). Maybe I should pick one up!

Brings back lots of yummy memories, because of course you have to add more butter to the top, even when its been cooked in butter ;-)
